i’ve always had great skin. Golden and smooth like a dolphin’s. I’ve started training one month ago, along with supplements and a radical new diet. Healthy food, loads of protein and carbs. I also take creatine and other stuff designed to boost my testosterone levels in a natural way (at least it says on the package). Im getting good results, but my skins is getting worse every day!? Is I dont think its the testosterone supplement (17testo-methox) cuz it had great reviews and the levels of testosterone are increased naturally and with no side effects. Could it be the diet? Is this just a phase while my body addapts or will i turn into a pizza-faced monster?

hey dolphy, could be a couple of things. 1st even tho its says no side effects on the pack, an increase in the level of testosterone in ur body can cause u to get spots. i mean its like when boys hit puberty they start getting spot(some of them) and that’s because of the all of a sudden increase on testosterone being produced by the body.
second because u are now training ur body could be finding a way to get rid of all the rubbish that has accumulated in ur body. all that grease has gotta come out of somewhere so it could be ur body cleansing itself which is a good thing
could also be as a result of excessive sweating. just make sure u wash ur face thoroughly after workout. buy an exfoliating wash to open up ur pores as they get clogged up by sweat. a good one to get is the St Ives apricot scrub. hope this helps
